Generally, there is no fee for our services. We do offer a consulting solution for those companies who do not want to look at alternative carriers and just want us to work with them and their current carrier. The fees based on this arrangement are either by the hour or on a contingency based on savings. Either way it's a win-win for you!
Will Carrier Connections be billing us for our telecommunication services?
No, the monthly bills for Local, Long Distance, Data & Internet services will come directly from the Carrier or Carriers you have selected, not from Carrier Connections.

Who do I call if I have a billing or service problem?
You simply call Carrier Connections. You will be able to call the Carrier directly and if you let us know we will follow up with them to insure an accurate and timely response. We also keep a spreadsheet with all the line detail on each Client to keep the account organized and up to date with all the adds, changes etc.
One, Two or Three years from now who do I call when it is time to re-new my contract or look at other Carriers and/or new technology?
Carrier Connections will be by your side from contract signing to provisioning, from monthly check ups to annual bill reviews. The Telecommunications industry is very dynamic and change is inevitable, from new pricing models to new technology to new Carriers. Who do I call if we are moving locations, adding additional office locations, need to make some simple changes to our account like adding a few lines to one location and subtracting a few lines from another?
You can call the Carrier directly but we prefer that you call and let us help. We will orchestrate all of the changes and follow up with you and the Carrier to insure accurate and timely action. Also, if for some reason you call the Carrier directly all we ask is to let us know so we can follow up and report back to you and update your company's spreadsheet so everything remains organized and accurate.
